Whew! This took me a while to finish ^^;; It's my little tribute to Oldskool Sonic- Which, by the way, pwnz anything else. It's simple math:
Oldskool Sonic > All

Anyways, as any fan can remember, collecting all the Emeralds in 'Sonic 3 & Knuckles' grants you Hyperness and a new Zone- teh Doomsday Zone, where Eggman tries one last time to get away > :3

I actually drew Sonic kinda big on the paper, so I had to use another paper for the Egg Emperor (^^; Version 2.0 maybe?) 'cause I wanted to have detail on both... Yes, they're starting re-entry.

Anyways, Enjoy! Constructive criticism is encouraged- this took me a long while ^^;

PS: By popular demand (one person), I made a wallpaper-sized version- it be in the Scraps if ya want it ^^

Well, there goes any chance of me putting up S3&K fan art. That'll blow anything I can come up with out of the water. First off, good job on Hyper Sonic's mirages. It's a minor detail, but he did have those copy images of him trailing behind him. The sparkles, too. It's a shame you can't have him glow in all the colors of the emeralds. Kinda hard to pull that one off on a still image. It's cool to see that wasn't forgotten. The background is very well-done, love what you did with the planet and the Death Egg burning up in the atmosphere. M.E. looks kinda pudgy, reminds me of a ring pop. Eggman's mecha looks just like I remember it. Not sure how exactly he's supposed to carry M.E. around in the game or here since you're supposed to have destroyed its fingers in the previous battle, but I guess some things are better left unanswered. I like the embers around the mecha, too. Instant +fav

Oh my gosh... I just played S3 & Knuckles (Doomsday Zone) a while ago and I get to see this... Very awesome!!! You really captured the feel of the battle ^^ I love it! :D
